If a product from your order does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 14 days. It is important that the item is unworn, unused and in perfect condition — just as you received it from us.
We are a small, family-run business, and unfortunately, returns can be quite costly for us. If you have questions about the size, material or color of a product, please feel free to write to us at info@malis-lieblingsecke.de — we will be happy to assist you!
As a small family business, we are unable to cover the costs of returns and we kindly ask for your understanding. 🙏
If you wish, we can gladly send you a return label and deduct the costs from the refund amount.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process your return.

What do I need to do to get a return label?

- Click on 'Request Return' and choose the items you wish to return.
- We will process your request as quickly as possible. Once it is approved, you will receive your return label conveniently via email.
